Right off the bat, he was able to grow his show to 200 downloads per episode within 30 days of publication.

In order for a podcast listener to want to donate to a Patreon or Supercast page, they have to feel as though they have a personal relationship with the show, its host, and with other listeners. They have to feel as though they are a part of a community.
After all, you wouldn’t just donate to EVERY podcast you listen to, right?
Keeping this in mind, the Grow The Show team helped Jeff develop the Starfleet Leadership Academy community.
In doing so, he was able to move on to the third part of his podcast growth journey– Jeff was primed to start monetizing.
In fact, he was more than primed.
Using what he learned from the accelerator, he grew Patreon from 0 donors to 43 donors months.
Today, The Starfleet Leadership Academy continues to grow, and Jeff makes a consistent monthly income thanks to his dedicated listeners!
